REHOBOTH FA LOOK TO REBOUND ON MATCHDAY 5 FOLLOWING SETBACKS IN ADO-EKITI

Rehoboth Sports Academy are set to lock horns with TSI Football Club today, Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM, as Matchday 5 of the 2026 NLO Division Two U-19 Youth League gets underway at the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium, Ado-Ekiti.

Currently sitting 4th on the Ado-Ekiti Centre table with 4 points, Rehoboth FA enter Sunday’s clash aiming for a decisive performance to get their campaign back on track following tough outcomes on Matchdays 3 and 4.

Matchday 3: Rehoboth FA 1–4 EKSU Galacticos FC

In a highly competitive fixture against home side EKSU Galacticos FC, Rehoboth FA suffered a 4-1 defeat in controversial fashion. After conceding two early goals, Rehoboth FA saw an obvious penalty claim waved away before a long-range strike from our left-back was disallowed. Despite late second-half pressure where the boys fought hard and pulled a goal back, the home side secured the victory.

Matchday 4: Rehoboth FA 0–3 Kamal FC

In our fourth fixture, Rehoboth FA fell to a 3-0 defeat against Osogbo city rivals Kamal FC, who delivered a clinical display to take all three points.

Addressing the team’s recent run, Team Coordinator Asiru Salam emphasized resilience and learning through the academy’s debut league campaign:

“Disappointing refereeing calls marred our third match, but we have taken our lessons from both fixtures. This is our first national league outing, and every match provides valuable experience.
